    • PLEASE NOTE, the above tables are a guide only. We may automatically upgrade any service you select. At no extra charge!
    • From past experience we have found that Royal Mail 24 usually delivers the very next working day when addresses are complete and post Codes are provided.  If elements of the address are vague, or Post Code is missing, the delivery can be delayed. If it has been miss-sorted it can take up to 15 working days. However it's very unlikely.
    • All delivery networks class working days as Monday – Friday. So if you place an order on a Monday 5 working days would mean the following Monday.
    • Royal Mail may leave parcels that are too large to fit through your letter box with your neighbours if there is no answer from the delivery address. Click here for further information

 

International Delivery

We are able to offer deliveries worldwide, with the exclusion of about 4 countries which DHL & Royal Mail have no contract with.

 

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Orders sent outside of the EU

All orders sent outside of the UK and EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Payments of any Import Duties / Taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Refusal to pay charges

If you refuse to pay the any import duty levied against your shipment, the shipment may be returned to us. We will not refund any shipping charges and an administration charge of £5.00 will be deducted from your refund.  It is up to your country's Customs department to return items to sender where tax is unpaid. It is not a legal requirement to return the goods. Fonejoy will only issue a refund upon receipt of the goods.

  1. All arrival dates displayed are only estimates provided by our delivery couriers. Worldwide deliveries that need to clear Customs may take longer in holiday periods.
  2. FoneJoy.com may in exceptional circumstances use alternative couriers.
  3. Saturday delivers are at the discretion of all delivery networks. From experience, if your address is residential, they may deliver on a Saturday morning.
  4. Before signing for any package, please check that the package is not damaged as we cannot be held responsible for any damages thereafter.
  5. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable or failed delivery a refund will be issued, however the cost of carriage will not be refunded.
  6. All orders that are shipped in the EU are subject to UK VAT.
  7. All orders that are shipped outside the EU are VAT Exempt.

Customer Return Policy

Free & Easy!

If you're not absolutely delighted with your Fonejoy purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will either replace by return post, or refund to your method of payment upon receipt.

    • For health reasons, all in-ear and headsets that have been opened may only be returned if defective.

Simply login and select Product Returns from the My Account tab to begin the process.

Don't forget to include your invoice, so we can correctly process the returned item and process the query swiftly.

    • N.B. If you're experiencing problems accessing the returns form or do not have an account please call us on 01268 203130 or email [email protected] and one of our advisors will be happy to help.

After 30 days, returned faulty items will be processed according to the manufacturer's warranty and we will send those items to the manufacturer for repair or replacement on your behalf. The manufacturer's decision is final. We are not able to request new for old. Replacement is at their discretion.
